This is brand new and was only used in the inital stages to test out the function of the machine. It still has the plastic wrapper around the machine which would need to be peeled off to give it that incredibly glossy look. Still in the box, has booklet. You can order the pods direct from Nespresso. It was bought when setting up my business.
